Returns and Exchanges
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase made from NEWFIT MARATHON.
Return Eligibility
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving their order provided that:
- The item is unused and unworn
- The item remains in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging are still attached
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn or damaged products
- Customized or personalised items
- Clearance or sale items unless defective
Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for:
- Incorrect sizes
- Defective products
- Incorrect items delivered
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
- NEWFIT MARATHON reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
